What started as whispers in the dark turned into laughter, color and a little bit of Halloween spooky magic! š»
Even though Halloween isnāt part of our local tradition, this year we said “Hey, let’s play and pretend to be āscared” (just a littleĀ bit š)”!
Because feeling safe enough to play, to be a bit silly and to enjoy a moment together is actually a sign of a healthy culture! It means we trust each other. It means we belong here!
And thatās what diversity and inclusion are also about: creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable enough to be themselves, whether theyāre designing complex ships ā¦ or pretending to be scared!
Happy autumn from MEGA team ā may your days be filled with color, warmth and a little bit of Halloween spooky magic! š š
